Penetration testing is a structured attack on IT systems or IT applications under real-world conditions designed to expose potential vulnerabilities and security gaps.

In this test scenario, unlike the real attack, all of the relevant attack points are scanned, identified, and validated according to your risk factor, thus reducing the risk of losing confidentiality, integrity, and availability due to identified vulnerabilities and security gaps.
